Welcome to VIP Floral. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website, by telephone, in person, through an invoice, or through a payment link.

By placing an order with VIP Floral, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Delivery, Substitution & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, delivery availability, and successful payment.

VIP Floral reserves the right to contact the purchaser when additional information, verification, substitutions, delivery instructions, or clarification is required.

We may decline or cancel an order when we reasonably believe the order contains incorrect information, cannot be fulfilled, is outside our service area, or may be unauthorized or fraudulent. If we cancel an order that has been paid and no goods or services have been provided, an appropriate refund will be issued.

2. Fresh & Perishable Products

Flowers, plants, fruit, and certain gift products are natural and/or perishable products.

Natural variations in color, size, shape, maturity, texture, and lifespan are expected.

3. Product Images

Product photographs represent the general style, approximate size, color palette, and overall appearance of our designs.

Because each floral arrangement is handcrafted using natural products, the delivered arrangement may vary from the photograph.

Specific flowers, colors, greenery, containers, ribbons, or decorative elements may be substituted in accordance with our Delivery, Substitution & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, delivery charges, service charges, processing fees, rush charges, venue-related fees, or other disclosed charges may be added where applicable.

Orders are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received or other payment arrangements have been expressly approved by VIP Floral.

5. Customer Information

The purchaser is responsible for providing complete and accurate:

• Billing information;

• Recipient name;

• Delivery address;

• Telephone number;

• Email address;

• Hotel or venue information; and

• Delivery instructions.

VIP Floral is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the purchaser.

Additional delivery charges may apply when another delivery attempt is necessary.

6. Same-Day & Rush Orders

Same-day and rush orders are subject to flower inventory, staffing, delivery capacity, and recipient availability.

Orders submitted after our posted same-day cutoff are not guaranteed for same-day delivery.

Requests such as “ASAP,” “within one hour,” or for a specific delivery time are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by VIP Floral.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and modification requests should be made as soon as possible.

Once flowers or specialty materials have been purchased, preparation has begun, the arrangement has been completed, or the order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Same-day and rush orders may enter preparation immediately after the order is received.

8. Custom Orders, Weddings & Events

Custom floral designs, weddings, corporate events, installations, large orders, and other special projects may be governed by a separate proposal or contract.

If a signed agreement contains terms that differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the terms of the specific agreement will govern that order to the extent of the conflict.

9. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

VIP Floral reserves the right to review, hold, decline, or cancel an order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent.

We may contact the purchaser to verify order or payment information before completing an order.

Additional identification or verification may be requested when reasonably necessary.

10. Website Information

VIP Floral makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, photographs, and other website information.

Typographical, technical, pricing, or other errors may occasionally occur. VIP Floral reserves the right to correct such errors and address affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original photographs, written content, graphics, logos, designs, and other original materials appearing on the VIP Floral website are owned by or licensed to VIP Floral.

They may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.

12. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact VIP Floral promptly regarding an order concern so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, VIP Floral may provide relevant order records, delivery information, photographs, communications, applicable policies, and other relevant documentation to the payment processor, card network, financial institution, or other parties reviewing the dispute.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Nevada.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
